Hi, I'm Nick.

I built Daily Mind Alchemy after realizing I was operating with more internal volatility than I understood — inconsistent energy, shortened patience, and reactions that didn't always match who I wanted to be.

I was doing many of the "right things," but my baseline was still unstable. That forced me to look deeper — not for motivation, but for better regulation.

Daily Mind Alchemy applies evidence-informed principles from psychology, neuroscience, and physiology to real life — focusing on state stability, decision quality, and consistency under stress.

I'm not a guru. I'm a practitioner. I test what works, keep what actually improves my baseline, and discard what doesn't.

This isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself — it's about making changes that improve your state now, and then building on what works over time.
